These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By accessing or using Panda+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Subscription Services

1.1 Subscription Plans: We offer Panda+ subscription services with the following durations:

1.2 Payment: All subscriptions are one-time payments. There is no auto-renewal. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to server crashes, service interruptions, or dissatisfaction.

2.2 Panda+ Service Stability: Panda+ services are not guaranteed to be 100% stable. Temporary interruptions may occur. As a result, Panda+ subscriptions are offered at a cheaper rate compared to other streaming services. As a seller, I do not control when issues happen or how long they take to fix. Our team works to resolve problems as quickly as possible, but no exact timelines can be guaranteed. Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their subscription information. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

3.2 Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in illegal activities, including hacking, sharing of malicious content, or abuse of the service.

4. Termination of Services

4.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any user, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

4.2 Users may request account closure at any time. No refunds will be issued for terminated or closed accounts.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
